Baku gave us another banger in 2026. There were synchronized spins, DNFs, varying strategies, overtakes, gusting winds - everything you hope for in this consistently chaotic Grand Prix. I don’t usually like to focus on the finish line, however in this case, it felt like the perfect summation and conclusion of the race. With only a few corners left, Max closed in on George Russell as the latter tried to manage an issue with his Mercedes. As they rounded the final few turns, there were times that Max was so close behind, his car was completely blocked and they seemed to be moving in unison. I decided to paint the two cars as one rectangular shape with varying colors for both the Red Bull and Mercedes. As they speed towards the finish line, Max just pops out towards the side to try for one last overtake. The race ends with barely a tenth of a second between the two cars.
