Monaco 2025 Limited Run Print
A quirky race. Two mandatory pit stops meant that drivers were able to back up the entire field in order to give their teammate a free pit stop. It made for remarkably slow speeds and frustration on the part of many teams and fans. It all bubbled over when George Russell grew so fed up with being unable to pass Alex Albon that he cut the Nouvelle chicane completely in order to get around him. He was promptly given a rare drive-through penalty, but the move was part of a broader discussion around how to fix the quality of racing at the “crown jewel of the F1 calendar”.
